Nordkai Logistik runs sixty trucks out of Hamburg and planned them on a whiteboard. Pallet is the board as software: shipments move across four columns, drivers see their next stop on a phone, and the office sees every delay as it happens.

React in front, a Node API with Redis pub/sub for the live board, Postgres for everything that has to survive. I built it end to end over fourteen months as the only developer, then handed it to an in-house team with a runbook and a week of pairing.
