Schicht

Schicht replaced a roster that lived in one manager's spreadsheet. Managers plan two weeks at a time on a grid, staff see their shifts on a phone and ask for a swap in two taps, and the swap goes through only when both shifts still balance.

React Native for the app, a Node API on Postgres, push through Expo. My first project as the person responsible for the whole thing, from the data model to the App Store review.
